Where do you ship to?


We currently ship only within Singapore. We're working on expanding our delivery areas, so stay tuned for updates!

Shipping Information

We offer Islandwide delivery in Singapore except for the following areas - Jurong Islands, Pulau Ubin, Seletar Aerospace, West Camp Road, Resorts World Sentosa

Delivery Options:

  1. Standard Doorstep Delivery (3 working days): $3.50
  2. Doorstep Delivery (for gift sets & goodie bags): $10
  3. Express Delivery (Ships next working day): $10
  4. Self-collection: You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup

How do I track my order?


Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

This will allow you to track your order's delivery status. You’ll also receive an order confirmation email right after placing your order.

Returns

How do I return an item?

At this time, T5T Studio does not accept returns.  If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at twenty5twentystudio@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

Can I make an exchange?

At this time, T5T Studio accepts exchanges on a case-by-case basis.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 5 days if it's defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Send us a clear photo of the issue for review. If confirmed, you may return the item (shipping at your expense) for either:

  • An exchange for a new product (subject to availability)
  • Store credit

General Information

We will need 2 to 3 working days (excluding Weekends & Public Holiday) to process and pack your parcel (this applies to non-customised items only).

If the order consists of customised items, there will be additional production lead time on top of the delivery timeframe given.

Self-collection Option

Location:

Our self-collection location is at Punggol. Full address will be provided if you choose the self-collection option upon check-out.

You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup during the following day and time below.

Day & Timing:

Monday: 12pm to 3pm, 7pm to 9pm

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 7pm to 9pm
