At this time, T5T Studio does not accept returns. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us via email at twenty5twentystudio@gmail.com or Telegram chat @t5tstudio within 5 days of receiving your order, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
EXCHANGES
At this time, T5T Studio accepts exchanges on a case-by- case basis.
PRODUCT DEFECTS & REFUNDS
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.
We require a clear photo of the product showing the defect so we can assess the issue. Once the fault is confirmed, you may return the item at your own shipping expense for one of the following:
