Shipping policy

Delivery times are provided as an estimation only and are not guaranteed. All timeframes are calculated in business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once packages are handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is beyond our control and subject to the shipping carrier's policy and estimated delivery timeframe.

T5T STUDIO are not held responsible for:

• Mistakes made by carriers (Singpost, J&T Express)
• Wrong addresses given by customers
• Damage orders by carriers
  
• Stolen packages after delivery
• Delayed packages

Fulfillment time is 2-6 business days. 
(Business days does not include weekends and holidays.)


This is NOT a shipping & delivering time. 
Once packages are dispatched, T5T Studio does not hold any control.
